A must-stop for LOCAL everything on your way to the tulips! Located just off I-5 in Downtown Mount Vernon is Skagit's Best Grocery Store: the Co-op! But the Co-op is so much more than a store. Yes, we have an amazing grocery selection and local organic produce, but we also have fresh cut tulips from Washington Bulb (Roozengarde). And if you're, you know, hungry, you'll find everything you need to fuel up for fun in our Deli and Bakery: famous sandwiches, fresh baked pastries, soups, salads, handmade ice cream, espresso, and our Tulip Sunrise Smoothie! The Co-op's 2nd Floor has an award-winning gift shop and plenty of seating to enjoy your meal. Last but not least, we have public restrooms. So come on in! We're OPEN DAILY to everyone.

We strive to take care of our home, our community, and the land we reside in. The fresh produce we grow consists of a variety of culturally relevant foods.

Arado Farm is our family farm located in Burlington. We are proud to grow berries, tomatoes, apples and flowers and in the winter offer fruit tree pruning classes. We have certified organic production at our Viva Farms location and are in transition to Organic at our new property. Our farmstand is open to the public with a wide assortment of organic produce, flowers and berries.

Savor Skagit: Garden Path Fermentation

Garden Path Fermentation is a brewery, cidery, and winery, where we make all of our products from hyperlocally sourced ingredients, fermented in oak vessels, using 100% native yeast. Our on-site tasting room and bottle shop feature a wide range of small-batch, handcrafted beer, wine, cider, mead, other fermented beverages, and packaged specialty food from both local and international small, independent producers who share our philosophy, as well as those we make in-house.
