Our breads are naturally leavened using wild yeasts. Now milling local wheat in-house! We pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients, sourcing locally and organically as we are able. Garden Path Fermentation is a brewery, cidery, and winery, where we make all of our products from hyperlocally sourced ingredients, fermented in oak vessels, using 100% native yeast. Our on-site tasting room and bottle shop feature a wide range of small-batch, handcrafted beer, wine, cider, mead, other fermented beverages, and packaged specialty food from both local and international small, independent producers who share our philosophy, as well as those we make in-house.
